Water Fasting??

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried a water fast? I have been fasting for a while but only one day fasts and have noticed that obviously since I'm not eating anything that my breath is way better on those fasting days. My tonsil stones are easier to come out too. I have tried to go past 1 day but always end up binging on the second day. I hear a lot of good things about water fasting. So yea I was just wondering if anyone here has ever done a water fast. and how long? (if you have done one).. Thanks

water fastin...please//....went for a week and switched to lemon tea fasting for four days..ever heard of unconscious farting???

when i dont eat my breath feels bad and water makes it stronger so no food plus water equals no talking
