Inventory of badbreath forums
Ok, how many bad breath forums do you know. It would be great to have a general view of that. It can be US, your country. Please post the link (unless jimi disapproves this for some reason).
One huge chaotic thread in German: http://www.med1.de/Forum/Zahnmedizin/116804/
And a little board, also in German: http://www.mundgeruch-forum.de

Maybe that's not funny at all, but I think most people wouldn't like to become part of such an association officially.thomasthomas wrote:hello,
meowkitty: interesting, but, I'm not asking about your preferred forum, but what forums exist. My question is intended to evaluate how much people could be potentially involved into an association.

Yes.thomasthomas wrote:Thanks! You are german?
An association wouldn't be a bad idea, but hard to realize. I think most of us could get better help if they would seek real-life help from true experts on this field, for example from aydinmur. A trip to Istanbul should be easily feasible for nearly everybody on this board. And what have you got to lose?

I'd be interested in giving your opinion on the dedicated thread please:)

Yes, hard to realize. Maybe to seek real life help, it needs to exist. Apart to three four specialists that deals with some kinds of halitosis, where do you go?
By the way, my hope for an association wouldn't contradict the possibility to contact experts, on the contrary, it would enable it more efficiently. I don't have to lose by going to Istanbul, but, what do I have to gain by promoting bb as an illness and getting it mainstream, cured? Maybe a lot too, and changes on a much larger scale than my simple persona. But as I said on the other thread, I do not represent the opinion of everybody, I'd be happy that you give your ideas, why it seems hard to you, etc...

There is another forum (can we post links?) but it is useless, at least for me. It's not "real". THere's possibly another, if i remember correctly, it's worse than the 1st. Oh and another....similar to this one, that is practical. And one that cracks me up. It's started by a guy that is an expert in "smells" (well, "odors") hahahaaa
If we're allowed i'll post the links.
