HONEY may help

Post by honeyhoney »

Hi all,

I am 29 year old. I suffered the same problem with you for many years. And as you already knew, it's a sad story :(

One night, I drank a cup of honey-lemon tea. And surprisingly, the next day I feel much better with my breath. I asked my mom and she told me that my breath is OK. I did some search on Google and I found that ancient Asians used the mix of cinnamon and honey to cure the bad breath. And now I use honey everyday.

I'm still doing experiments with honey. For example, to know whether my problem is really cured, do we really need to swallow honey or we only need to use it as a kind of mouth-washing product (using too much honey is not good for your health), can we use it without lemon etc. I recommend you to try to use honey to see if it's useful with you or not and post your result in this topic.

Look back to the past, I have lost countless number of chances of my life because of this problem. Hope that everybody will find your own way to cure as soon as possible.

Hi. How many times a day do you drink honey? And how did your breath smell like before? Coz by knowing how it smells, (fecal, rotten egg, etc) if its of the same smell, then it is likely that it is most effective for that type of bad breath. And do you use it to brush your teeth as well?

Hi,

People told me that it smells like the breath of a smoking person. I do not use honey to brush my teeth. I only drink 2, 3 coffee-spoon of honey each night. But I do not know whether we need to drink honey, or we only need to use it as a washing-mouth product. Experiments are in progress ...

Oh i see, maybe its better if we swallow it, because when we swallow it, it passes through the throat, so we will also kill the bacteria in the throat. Anyway, when you say honey lemon tea, do you mix it with lemon juice or is it a honey variant? If you mix it with lemon juice, how much lemon juice do you add? And by the way, what brand of honey are you using?

I also use honey for breakfast, with bread. It is very good for health. But sometimes people ask me, how can I choose honey for my breakfast? I have answered that, It has a great food value and thus it is helpful for human health. [-X

Hello,

It's a mix between lemon juice and honey. I do not know exactly the brand of the honey. But I think that this is not too important :)
