Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

Hi everybody
I am a bb sufferer for more than one year....I dont tell you how I understood since I do not want reviewing all the bad memories again.
I write briefly:
my symptoms: bb, PND, sore and itchy throat, mild fever, runny nose, used to have sinus infection, nose congestion,
occational bb turned in to permanent bb since this summer, antibiotics helped only temporary.
I have been on antihistamines for many years due to allergy... I stopped them last month.... very terrible allergy reactions afterwards but the smell became more temporary.
I tried probiotics and GSE with sinush flush....I think they are helping but they cannot solve the problem.
eating radish helps me to reduce the smell dramatically but it is usually for around less than 1 hour. (as I understood radish kills infection and improve allergies)
I concluded that i have some kind of infection caused by sth like allergy that cannot be cured by antibiotics.
I am trying stopping wheat and dairy products to see what happens... but any results yet.

another thing: if you take antihistamines:STOP THEM. they are one main cause of bb. they make your sinuation 100 % worse.
I have also ordered coconut oil and tea tree oil, since I have read two people cured the infection with them ...after trying I will tell you.

On the other thread you said our symptoms are similar, its good to have someone in the same boat!
So do you have a constant smell coming from your nose? Mine is occasional and goes as quick as it comes only for the first time last week it came and stayed for 5 or 6 hours, it was so horrendous that it even made me feel sick! Can you smell it yourself? Mine seems to get worse if I bend down for long periods.
What is the coconut oil and tea tree oil used for?

my bb is also occational....it comes and goes and I am trying hard to find the root of the problem because it has made me mental problems since I am a social active person and I have to interact with people every single day.
I read somewhere that a guy haad cured the infection by doing sinus flush with tea tree oil, and another one (this forum) with coconut oil. I have ordered them and when I try I will tell you.
I am also working on eliminating (wheat and dairy) from my diet and see what happens since both of them can cause allergic rinirit like ours.

How are you getting on? Did you try the sinus flushes and eliminating dairy? I have just bought a neti pot, will try it later when the kids are in bed!
