HELP! im new to all of this, what is causing my BB?

here are my symptoms, my BB just started about a month ago, at first i just ignored it even though it could spread around 2m(now it goes like 20) i heard covering your tongue with toothpaste then wait for 2 mins then wash it off, i don't know if it works or not cause i can't smell my breath but everytime i spit the toothpste out this really nasty looking gooey sticky stuff came out as well. i also constanly feel a huge lump in my throat, i think that is mucus isn't it, and about the wisdom teeth, i have this weird gum flap over it, is that anything to do with it, and could someone plz explain to my what some other symptoms are?Also, ive been to the doctor prescribed some medication but it didn't work, need help fast im 13 and going to high school next year and if i think about it at night i end up getting to sleep around 4am. it suckz! every time someone walks past me they hold their breath but i think there actually a good side to it, it may be hard to belive but it made me a better person in alot of ways. Gosh i feel awful for those people who had it for 10 years or more, thats why i want to get rid of it fast and not miss out on anything
