H. Pylori positive

I've been suffering from bb for about 5 years (I guess). Tried different products that claimed to cure bb, some of them helped a bit at the start which gave me hope but eventually they all failed.
My symptoms are:
PND
Nasal congestion (not much)
Dry mouth
Sore throat
Irritable bowel syndrome symptoms
Amnesia
So I went to the doctors, had some tests. My blood test results were all good, except that I was H. Pylori positive, and my B12 level was at the minimum.
GI specialist prescribed me a set of pills to cure H. Pylori, and said that this bacteria could cause bb, but sometimes it does not. I'm going to use the drugs for 2 weeks, and then see the doctor again. He also wanted me to get B12 shots for 5 days, and after that 1 shot every month.
ENT specialist looked tired, and I got the impression that he wanted to get rid of me fast. He said that I didn't have a sinus infection, my nasal congestion is nothing to worry about. I asked him about PND, and sore throat and dry mouth but he avoided my questions, didn't prescribe me anything.
After using the drugs for 5 days, white coating on my tongue still exists, however not as much as before. Which worries me is that people who got bb because of H. Pylori wrote on the forums that their bb was gone even after first few doses of pills. I still have bb, but not as strong as before.
Future plans: After 14 days of drugs, I'm going to take another test to see if I'm still H. Pylori positive. And if I still have bb by then, I'm going to have endoscopy and definitely see a different ENT specialist.
Any suggestions for me?
