-Squeeze half a lemon in a little bit of water.
-Swallow it quickly, trying to avoid tooth contact.
-Do this before bed, and after meals.
I guess the idea behind it is that for a small % of us, maybe the BB comes from the stomach after all. Maybe due to too low gastric acid, leading to food fermenting, with the stench leaking up through the lower esophageal sphincter.
Adding anything acidic may counteract that, temporarily(?)
