i noticed that my hair is getting thin, my nails are brittle, im always feeling bloated.. and when i fart even me myself couldnt stand the odour , the odour smells like a chemical.. i was thinking that what makes my breath stink is that the gas that i produce everytime i talk even with my mouth shout i see people near me rubbing their nose.. i researched about these symptoms and it comes out that i maybe suffering from intestinal parasitosis..
im realy curious what if parasites are the real cause of my chronic bb.. even after i brush my teeth/tounge,mouthwash, flossing etc. i still got my bb, you know i kinda feeling confident to talk coz right after doing those routines i though my bb was gone for a mean time but no..
if you think that parasites are an issue for you...change the environment to eliminate them, in the uk there is a combination of 3 herbs in one bottle (tablets) that are used, they are black walnut hulls, wormwood and cloves, do a months course, most health shops have them here.
I also (as well as above) started to eat lots of super hot chilli's like scotch bonnet, birds eye chilli peppers, etc...pineapple, mango & papaya
or you could go to your doc and get a prescribed medicine.
tye a knot or 2 (2 knots to make 1 large single knot) and gentle persuade this through your back molars, see if that removes anything stubborn, did for me.
for your hair and nails...maybe worth getting your thyroid checked or increase Biotin, part of the B vitamin complex, helps your body metabolize the amino acids it needs to build healthy hair and nails. Though serious biotin deficiency is rare, not getting enough biotin in your daily diet can leave your hair and nails thin and brittle, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Increasing your biotin intake--through supplements or through biotin-rich foods like egg yolks, sardines, nuts, beans and whole grains--can restore strength and health to hair and nails.
