Curing Bad Breath With Gusto!

Please don't make the mistake of buying ongoing specialist bad breath treatment product(s) Plenty of evidence proves not only do they fail but that no such product exists despite its claims. Your day to day routine will make the real difference. Normal oral hygiene is more than enough. It will be what you’re not doing that will prove to be the slow unwinding reduction of bad breath. Try thinking in terms of what bad breath bacteria would consider hostile. Many activities are hostile to bad breath bacteria, 3 stand out. 1. Increased oxygen in the blood stream. 2. A dramatic fall in protein and sugar intake. 3. Slow and steady increase in water intake. All of this can be introduced from a platform of exercise, ideally running and swimming. This will have an added bonus of keeping you away from close contact with people, particularly if you add bike riding to your routine.

As with all things, if you choose to use this advice do so in an incremental way. That is to say start with an easy relaxed pace and over time push your-self a little more each day.

Your dentist has two very common traits, one is he never fails to charge you for his service and two is he will very often miss teeth urgently needing repair. When suffering from bad breath it all makes for reasonable cause to never visit him. However unbearable you and your money find it you will have to see him one day, either to have all your rotten teeth removed or a much more productive approach in my view is to over time have each of your teeth x-rayed and inspected and repaired when needed. (You will need to tell your dentist to do precisely this)
Kudos to the handy musings of his aptly named ‘Dr James Wright, Bad Breath and You’ for this timely advice.
