incidentally, after my post-breakfast oral cleansing, my mouth felt significantly wetter. it was as if all my saliva started to flood my mouth (which i guess is a good thing). lick wrist test revealed no unpleasant odor. things were looking up. after lunch, snacked on carrot sticks again, then around 5:30pm, had a grilled chicken sandwich - grilled chicken breast, no dressing, plain bun, with lettuce. then i flossed, brushed with regular toothpaste, and gargled with baking soda solution with a drop of tea tree oil. my mouth felt super fresh. during night class, i felt my mouth fill with so much saliva i had to keep swallowing. i also kept drinking water
the entire time.
but here's the thing - - after two hours, my mouth suddenly became dry again while i was in class. then i got paranoid about my breath. took 2 probiotic lozenges, but those did not help. went out for dinner and i felt that by then my bb was back. now my mouth feels icky and hot and the white coating on my tongue is back. (it wasn't there after i did the oil pull and baking soda rinse this morning).
what the hell is up with that? i was okay for a greater part of the day, then everything just slid on a downward spiral just like that. what did i do wrong? how could i make the "freshness" or moist mouth for at least 3 hours?!
this is driving me insane
