ive tried everything short of electromagnetic therapy lol. havent found any supplements or products that work, for more than a cpl hours anyway. had my adenoids and tonsils removed , and sinuses opened up. Now i just need a toungectomy. lol. still have PND but it doesnt seem to be as infected as before. adenoidectomy helps drain them better. ---cpl guys at work started doing water kefir. its living bacteria u grow in water then drink. anybody try it? jus got a batch from coworker, wondering if it was worth the trouble. plenty of info about it online looks like. seems too inhabit the GI tract better than other probiotics, so they say..
