@ap10063: Same with mine.. im confused already.. sometimes i think it is coming from my nose and sometimes i think coming from my troath and sometimes i will think it is coming from my stomach.. Did you already undergo any operation..? Are you experiencing dry mouth with a white coated tongue..? Can you taste a metalic stuff in you tongue..?

My breath odor seems to have a fecal component to it (also somewhat cheesy and vinegary). It seems to come from the back of my throat, and I also have the white coating on my tongue. I suspect too much of the wrong kind of bacteria in my intestines.

I do. It is aweful, I think I smell like raw shit (from comments) although I cannot smell it myself.
