The 'who farted' comments

I have someone make a 'who farted' or 'did you shit' comment like this around me maybe 4-5 times a year. It happens far too infrequently for me to have a constant nasal/body odor. It also never happens it work or in public etc, almost always with a friend or family. What is going on here? I don't understand how my body could just randomly unload a fecel smell every now and then.

Does anybody else have this problem?
