Have you spoken to a doctor about your BB?
Doctors try not to get into what could become a lengthy time-consuming and costly involvement in what they see as a harmless problem. But you may have obvious problems that a doctor may be able to easily diagnose.

You should have told her to see an ENT doctor. Judging from symptoms, problem is most likely in sinuses or throat.

Phantasist, she needs to see a doctor first to rule out various possibilities such as thyroid problems, kidney problems, liver problems. A doctor will run through your history with you and go through the obvious causes. You need a doctor to get a referral to an ENT specialist for a start.

Guys, should i go to a Dentist first? Or a Physician?

Is it okay if they smell something as i visit them? i dont actually know what to do. im kinda scared but i need to face this !

If you go to a doctor the first thing they'll ask you is whether you've been to a dentist. You need to make a list of all the known causes of BB and and put teeth right at the top and make sure you can rule out your teeth with total certainty. Its sickening to hear people mention teeth as a cause cos most people who know they have BB have developed impeccable oral hygiene and standards, but you can have hidden problems that may have existed before you started paying so much attention to your teeth and dentists can sometimes knowingly leave potential BB situations in your mouth.

for me its definitely in my throat, nasal , nose. but is it better to go to a dentist first rather than going immediately with an ENT doctor?

Metallic taste have differents origin: gingivitis
periodontitis, tooth infections. Your symptoms let me belive you could suffer from heavy metal poison, so I could suppose your BB comes from candida, because your symptoms are the ones many others on this board suffer from (PND and WCT)
You should be tested for heavy metal in your tissue, or candida.
Do you eat a lot of sea fish, especially tuna? Do you have dental amalgams? Chlorine is another cause of candida overgrowth, which is in the water we drink in our homes.

From your symtoms it seems like it could be tonsil related. Persistent colds or sore throats are symptoms of chronic tonsillitis. Increased mucous production is another common symptom.

Do you have "tonsil stones"? If you touch your tonsils with your finger, does it smell? Do you have a persistent cough?

I removed my tonsils with similar symptoms to yours, and my BB got better.
