My bad breath is coming from my teeth instead of my tongue.
When i rub my tongue theres an odor but when i stick my tongue out for a few minutes theres no odor on it.
My breath actually smells like plaque ew.
when brushing today i actually tried the brushing technique with the top teeth bristles pointing towards gumline and bristles pointing downward.
there was a decrease in bad breath. the odor was coming out of my nose to embarassing.
