Came across this site about an interesting mouthwash called FIRST Mary's Mouthwash it contains an antibiotic (tetracycline) and an antifungal (nystatin). There's still a U.S. patent pending so I'm not sure if it's available in the U.S. yet or not b/c there's such vague info about this product online :-k It is available only by prescription.

Active Ingredients:
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride — 0.45 g
Hydrocortisone — 0.06 g
Nystatin — 1.2 g
Tetracycline hydrochloride — 1.5 g

I found this recipe to make it @
http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=564112 by a member named fiorio.

"Mary's Magic Mouth Wash

Nystatin Oral Suspension 10,000units/ml x 60ml
Hydrocortisone 20mg tabs x 3-4 tabs
Tetracycline 500 capsules x 3-4 capsules
Benadryl liquid x 180ml
to make total 240ml

I do know some MD use cephalexin instead of tetracycline.
the strength of hydrocortisone and tetracycline depends on MD."
