Hi all,
Im getting ready to do some online shopping to try out some of what i have read...
I couldnt find a thread on this, sorry if i missed it..
Im willing to buy/try anything i can, but here are some things ive already heard about...

GNC sugar-less vit C chewables
probiotics (not sure which brand, where to buy)
Tung Scraper (better than a normal plastic tongue scraper?)
coconut and sunflower oils? (not sure where to buy, or if i should buy actual oils or pills.)
special tooth pastes to use, or make my own? (what ingredients i will need)
Anything else?

I have no clue where my bb is coming from, but i noticed my tongue hasnt been as white since i stopped drinking milk/coffee/sugar in the morning.
85% of the time i have a bad taste in my mouth, and my saliva is always very thick. especially right after i brush my teeth.

Any feedback/links would be very much appreciated,
I plan on donating to the site today because it seems like a very worthwhile cause. Good luck all!

the mentioned items can certainly help but if you don't investigate where your bb is coming from you are unlikely to solve the problem. good luck!!

I thought i was investigating the problem?
was hoping something would help and then i could begin to narrow it down and find the source...
i.e removing dairy from my diet

Is there a better way to go about this?
Ive talked to my dentist a few times who prescribed me therabreath or whatever and i think it made my bb worse...
He didnt seem to have any idea what to do.

1) Probiotics- basically any super strength probiotic, it maybe wise to try both an oral & digestive one.
2)Tung Scraper- Oramd (buy at drugstores or online)
3)Toothpaste- a website to make own http://www.chronicbadbreathfix.com/trea ... reath.html
4)Coconut oil- it's best to buy virgin or coldpressed and you can buy online or any healthfood store.

But these remedies may ease bb but not necessarily cure. If you have sinus problems or post nasal drip a Neilmed Sinus Rinse or Netipot from drugstore may help. Good luck!
