Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

ok.. i have a BB coming out of my mouth and nose.. i work in a retail store so u guys know how that goes.. its killing me when i see them rubbing their noses or putting their finger on their noses.. i tried not to breath out of my nose sometimes, but i cant help it.. my social life is totally messed up now.. i really like going out with my friends.. but seeing them rubbing their noses too makes me wana cry..

One day i woke up really early and i was thinking to end my life because of this BB.. i dont even have a nasal BB before but now i do.. i juz want to cure my nasal BB so please help me.. i'll do anything u guys suggested me to do.. i cant do this anymore.. i still have the thought of killing myself in the back of my mind.. i dont know how long i can control myself from doing it..

I have been struggling with bb problem for almost 4 years, I suggest you first to modify your diet. Cutting out dairy is the first step, especially cheese. Taking probiotics regularly also helps to reduce the bad smell. But to be sure about the solustion first you should find the cause of your bb, is it sinus related ? mouth ? stomach? which one?
