How do YOU know which one?
I am pretty sure i suffer from BB but i really don't know which one and how to cure it. Some people have suggested corsodyl well my dentist did but i am not too sure if i want to use that because i heard it discolours teeth. When i floss i can smell the floss and its pretty yuck hence i do suffer from BB. I do have a white tongue if that helps??? How can you tell which BB it is?:S
Hi there,
don't know how to tell which BB it is...but i do know that corsodyl did not colour or stain my teeth, i used the red coloured one for about 3months.
i was finding and removing nasty smelling stuff from gums/teeth, i ended up flossing daily & tying knots in my floss (to make one big knot) then gently rock thru teeth side gaps sometimes i dipped the floss in hydrogen peroxide or a salt solution.
now i wash my mouth out vigoriously after i eat anything, use an oral irrigator (mines a panasonic) and floss once every 1 or 2 weeks, now its very very rare to have the floss smell...at all, an my mouth feels so much fresher, still have a tongue coating but one step at a time i guess.

All rinses that contain chlorhexidine must not be used longer than 1 week. Otherwise teeth turn to brownish color, candida and other fungi increase.
More important that, Corsodyl may cause bad odor if it contains alcohol.
