People cured from BB, pnd and wct with yeast/gluten diet

There are several exemples of people cured form Bb and pnd following a gluten free diet in this forum.

am about to embark on a gluten free diet soon, for a month, to test whether it causes acne for me. will let you know if it helps the bb. would make sense since both acne and bb are caused by anaerobic bacteria

Would like to try this out too.

But need some ideas for what exactly is safe to eat... like really, I eat all day long, and can't gain weight... I must know what I can eat and eat a lot of to keep my weight up.

some of my family have coeliac disease. i got tested a couple of years ago hoping it was a link to my BB. it came back negative. i sometimes think they made a mistake and wonder if i should get tested again.

as for stuff you can eat on a gluten free diet. it probably would be a slight annoyance but from what i see, there are still plenty of nice stuff you can eat. you can also get gluten free versions of stuff which dont taste that dissimilar to the real thing

i am thinking of trying it for a couple of months to see if it helps with my regular sore throats and flu type symptoms that i get
