Going to start probiotics

I am looking to start probiotics and am looking to buy some. However i do not know much about them. Is there a brand/type/strength that I should look for?

feel free to read up on my posts about what worked for me, but in a nutshell probioitic powder(the powder is a blend of diff probiotic strains) and chewable probiotics has cured me for over a month, i tried both just on their own and the powder seems to be the more effective one but both 2gether is the best, and hydroperoxide rinse(60% water 40%peroxide) rinse beforehand is optional but recommended because it lowers the anerobic bacteria from what i hear,the brand of powder shouldnt be a sigificant matter but the one i used is "Mega probiotic powder", i mix the powder in with water and drink it making sure to swish it around my mouth quickly b4 swallowing gl

does it not matter what strength/cfu's or anything? I see they range from 1 billion to about 50 billion, so i would think that strengeth makes a difference? i think ill stop by at gnc to pick some up
