So as of lately...
I have been trying my damness to restore my life back to normal.

Keeping the acid at bay...and away from throat and mouth. B4 my bb I always had Post-nasal drip and i was a big snorer. :-k

Anyway I was thinking of mixing this very strong peppermint tea that I purchased at the whole food market, along with olive oil, into some salin solution.....to use as nose drops.

Now these dried peppermint leaves are SO FREAKING strong!! The smell that is. That as soon as I opened the container the smell almost knocked me out. but It is a amazing smell of fresh peppermint. opened my sinuses instantly. So first I am going to steep some the tea in my netti pot, rinse my sinuses with it..then follow that with making a mixture with olive oil, and saline nasal drops, and the mint leaves.....using throughout the day to keep the back of my nose and throat coated constanly.

let me know has anyone tried olive oil intra-nasaly. and do u think this is safe or should i leave the olive oil out. ps tea is a anti-fingal, and other companies have the same type of products. [-X IF ANY OF YOU BIG COMPANIES STEAL THIS...I WANT HALF!

im not sure thats a good idea bc oil doesnt dissolve in liquid because its not water soluble so it can clog your sinuses also the peppermint tea seems a bit too strong to flush the sensitive nasal passage maybe like a few tsps or so in diluted water but the tea itself seems like it will irritate. let us know the results if you do try.
