How it all started..

So this is how i think it all started..Around 8 months ago i had a really really stressful dream one night and woke up in the middle of it. Woke up to the worst headache i ever had. mainly felt it on the left side of my head by the temple. Also felt like someone pushing a finger in my left eye. Made me vomit and really could not get out of bed for hours. About a week or so went by and i still had a mild headache on the left side of my head. At the same time i noticed my mouth just did not feel clean. Never put them together though. Went to the doctor and dentist. Doctor said it was sinusitis, gave me antibiotics and nose spray. Also sent me to get a cat scan. Cat scan showed mucosal thickening in left maxillary sinus as well as a mucous retention cyst at the base of the right maxillary sinus. An area of chronic sinusitis is also seen in the left ethmoid sinus region. Also a deviated septum on my left side. So the doctor pretty much just said i had sinusitis. Went to dentist and got my last remaining wisdom tooth out thinking this was causing my bad breath. But it did not. So took all the medicine the doctor but did not work. Sent me to an ENT. He said i had acid reflux. Gave me prilosec and more nose sprays and a list of food to stay away from. That did not work. Since then i have been to another ent and another dentist and they did not see anything that wrong nor they they say they smell anything. Went back to my first doctor recently and he gave me metronidazole as i asked for but it did absolutely nothing even when i was on it. So not sure where i should go from here?
Here is a list of my symptoms..
-White coated tounge
- I think a hot and acidic mouth
- sour taste and sour smelling saliva
- deviated septum
- when i play basketball my mouth becomes so dry and i have the thickest white coating on my tounge
- some what of nasal congestion

These are things i tried/doing currently
-nasal washes
-candigone also did the diet best i could for like 10 days
-baking soda and peroxide brushing and rinsing
- no dairy (thought it cured me but only for a couple days)-weird
- ate probiotic yogurts( thought this cured me but only for a couple day)
also weird
- taking a few blends of probiotic powders

But after all this i am still stuck with this bad breath. Was thinking of surgery for my deviated septum and that retention cyst as my next step. If the metronidazole had no effect on me what so ever, what does that mean?
Anybody have any input or other directions to go?

Hey you have all the symptoms I have and I have tried almost everything exists in this world including what you have tried so far and still no cure, sinus bb is the worst cause of bb, sorry to say that.

clara, what does your bb smell like? do you think you have nasa odor? I was thinking it can be fungal or want to pick my ENT's mind about concha bullosa as aydinmur has recomended to some people
