what are the ingredients of this rubbish?

I believe the only "active" ingredient is zinc chloride.

the toothpaste
Active ingr: sodium monofluorophosphate
other: sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, water, sodium lauryl sulfate, flavour,titanium dioxide, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, benzoic acid, sodium saccharin, zinc chloride
mouthwash:purified water, sodium benzoate, benzoic acid, sodium chlorite
etc...

I like apprentice a lot. I think it is the best show atm.
