I have this problem with BB. I find it very irregular and consistent. I brush my teeth every morning and every night for around 3 minutes. I floss, but irregularly. In the morning after brushing my teeth my breath is fine, but there seems to be a thick snot like mucus at the back of my throat. Whenever i try to swallow it a gross taste goes up my throat and into my mouth, causing my breath to smell, the more i swallow the worse it gets. Some morning i try not to swallow, but spit wells up in my mouth and i must. Has anyone ever had this? If so can i get rid of it? Any advice at all? Thanks, Alex

Hey KingPoker,
I would seriously recommend you to run to the nearest ENT doctor. Your problem can be solved by an ENT. In most of the cases esp. the people in this forum do not know concretely the source of their bad breath. If you already know the source for sure...the problem is half solved.
Good luck

hehe I would say, once you know the source for sure the battle officially begins, but nothing is solved
especially the throat kind....
OP... list your diet. Be honest. High mucous to me means something you ate, even 5 days ago, one little bad thing can have an impact. One little mistake is bad. You should try to find out what foods give you problems. Make a list if you have to, track every thing you eat, eliminate, assess, eliminate, assess. You may not eliminate the BB, but it's good to get a feel for what causes what symptoms at the very least.
