Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

for all of you who suffer from sinus problems and PND -

have you tried to use a neti pot? some people swear by it. i've been trying on and off. thought i saw some improvement, but can't really tell. the thing is, isnce my sinus problems are SOMETIMES asymptomatic, using the pot to flush out my sinuses actually makes me a little more congested sometimes - even tho' it does relieve the inflammation. so i have less of a sense of smell (i usually can really smell my bb).

so please share if you've used it.
