Anyone able to cure any of the following...

Although the reactions from people can be considered as a final decision but still i feel that having AT LEAST curing the symptoms would really increase self confidence. Pardon my ignorance..but please let me know if anyone is able to cure any of the below symptoms.
1. My tongue has got very minute holes...and they are uniformly distributed. I am worried because even if i eat baking soda(which is alkaline )..it immediately gets deposited all over my tongue and this makes me conscious...say even when i get cured... i will be always conscious about my tongue. has anybody able to fix this??
2. PND. I believe majority of people have it but still am not able to cure it. The mucous dripping down always gives a wierd feeling.
3. Dry mouth.Well there is pretty good amount of saliva between my lower front teeth and lower lip. But there is only stick saliva under my tongue and i believe that it is because my submandibular glands are not working. These glands are responsible for secreting thin saliva.
Please please let me know if anyone is able to cure them.
