1. go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed
2. type "halitosis" in the search box
3. on the results page, look at the right hand column. Under "filter your results" click on "free full text"
4. browse the free full articles about halitosis (137 different publications when I ran this search). you may have to follow the link to another site where the free text is available to read.

enjoy

Thanks, dolittle.

This is a great resource.

I'll be digging through it more later, but I've found a couple articles that don't seem to show up after I've clicked on them... Also, for some, does it only show a summary? How can I view the entire article?

Hey M

Sometimes, even though the full paper is available to read for free...you need to leave the main pub med site to a 3rd party site where they can be accessed.

Try clicking on the "link out " links...one of they should say "free full text available at Ovid" (for example).

If they have shown up in the search results after applying the "free full text filter" then there should be a fairly straightforward and legal way of reading the paper for free.

Hope that helps, take care
