Hello, I'm very interested in meeting up fellow sufferers also. I live in Rhode Island. Anyone interested in meeting up, let me know so we can do some arrangements.
Also, is the chat feature still working on this site? It would be great to chat and connect with other members on this site.

Ive been wanting to meet up members in the Dallas area but never worked out. It seems like or at least I hope that meeting people who are like me would bring some comfort into my life. I feel like Will Smith from I am Legend...alone and scared with only my dog. Anyone have dogs? Maybe we can bring our dogs too. How bout a potluck?

No problem guys.
1 thing that Really can help is posting your general location . Either on your profile or just anywhere on the site so its searchable if you want to meet others. The benefits are numerous . Everything is easier with support :)

That's a great idea. I was thinking the same thing actually. I just updated my profile with a more precise location. Hope other people do the same. Out of over 2300 members, only a few people have anything down for location.
@ Seanlee1980: that's so funny. No I don't have dogs, sorry!! A potluck, maybe, lol

We are heading down to a festival in St. Augustine starting at noon. If anyone is interested in joining us please feel free to send me a message. Meetup # 2 at Yates Bar York UK
So we have decided to have another Easter meetup. This time it will be on the 16/3/2013 because I know a lot of people have already made plans for Easter. Also we are going to meet a bit later in the day this time because check in isn't until 3pm in most hotels and I know a few people are thinking of going clubbing later in the evening. So the plan is:

Meetup at yates bar between 4-5pm (http://www.weareyates.co.uk/york). Its looks like one of the nicer Yates bars, big and open plan just how we like it ;-). Have a few drinks and a chat there and then go for dinner. Then I know a few people are planning to make a night of it, not mentioning any names (Claire and Jan). Obviously people are welcome to come and go as they please, everyone will be made to feel welcome. Jan promises to kiss all new arrivals a big kiss.

The meetups are a great chance to get to know other people with malodour conditions, ask questions and compare protocols/symptoms. Probably more importantly, they give us a chance to relax and enjoy good company without needing to feel self conscious.

I've had a look and accommodation in York, on the whole it's pretty expensive for that night, but there are a few relatively cheap places. As always book early, if you're unsure whether you're able to attend its still better to book earliy, Just make sure the hotel/B&B offers cancellation insurance when you do. I will be staying at http://www.moorgarthyork.co.uk/room.html. Its the cheapest ive seen so far at £35. There is also the http://www.wheatlandslodge.co.uk/index.php at £44 for the night. Prices started to get crazy after that but if you want some luxury try http://www.laterooms.com/en/k16308894_y ... spx#uvmdrq.

any question you can message me on FB,
or [email protected]
Look forward to seeing you all there.

I am in central Florida, near the Orlando area. Already had one meet up - they did not have any bb that I could smell at all and said the same about me. Would like to meet more folks to see if they can detect my bb. Also, would be nice to meet people that understand the trama this gives us at times. I get it.
