yep its exactly the same as the powder mouthwash but in chewable form. One lozenge = one shot of the powder.

basically after you use the mouthwash you take one lozenge mid morning and one mid afternoon to keep the K12 population in your mouth high.

at AU$50 a bottle (80 pieces) it aint cheap. But they're pretty good coz sometimes i cant be bothered mixing the powder up so i just pop one of these.

They are useless if you arent using the entire probiotic system (chlorine dioxide, tongue scrapinjg etc)

if K12 doesnt work for you, as it doesnt for most people here, dont bother.
