nothing work yet.want try extreme methods.

all the medictions didnt work.
my oduor come from the back of my tongue,where the V,but inside the V,not in the throat side,on the mouth side.
i would like to do somthing only in this area,the white coat isnt leave this place and the smell is horrible.
i think about 2 things to do.
1.a surgery with laser in this area,but i dont sure il find doctor to do it.
2.to use liquis nitrogen by me self with the most cerful that i can.
the whole area that i need to do somthing with is maybe 0.7 cmX0.7 cm.really small area that touch my uvula when is speak .
is anybody try somthing that change to surface of the back of the tongue with out medication?
please help.all my life is on hold now.i must do somthing.
(metronidazil,flucanazul,other things-not help)
