rinsing with head tilted

Another answer to prayer, possibly: tilting the head to each side while gargling with salt/baking soda water so you can feel and taste the cleaning of both sides of the throat. Regular gargling doesn't get back there. I may still have to use my thumbs to clean and squeez, though, don't know yet. In Christ, Mike
