rhumatoid-like arthritis and pylocarpine

I just learned from PubMed's article "Impact of salivary flow and lysozyme content and output on the oral health of rheumatoid arthritis patients" that my ankylosing spondylitis may have affected my salivary flow, and that normal flow rates should be greater than .2 ml/min. I am going to ask my ENT doctor about Pylocarpine which increases salivary output. My mouth always feels dry.
