Strong BB but without PND or coated tongue?

I have BB and nasal BB that smells like rotten egg, and the weird thing about it is since i don't have PND or a coated tongue, to which most users have in here. I tried consulting an ENT, an internist, and a dentist, and they even did a lung and nose x-ray, but they found nothing wrong with me. My dentist even said that my teeth are clean, and i don't even need to have it cleaned. I don't feel any body discomfort at all, except for the tonsil stones that i have. But i can't manage to cough them out anymore ever since i reached my 20's. And recently, when i sleep, i sometimes get awakened by this "clog" in my throat, like the stones got dislodged a bit, so it makes me cough a bit, but i still can't cough the stones out. I used to cough them out when i was in my teens. So i'm guessing that i have bacterial imbalance? My mouth stinks more and gets dry when i don't talk. Also when i eat chocolate, dairy, and coffee. Plus it stinks more after i brushed my teeth with colgate. The minty feeling amplifies the smell. The smell only gets toned down once the minty feeling disappears. So do you guys share the same symptoms too? How did you deal with this? Because i'm looking for a cure, so i'd love to hear your input, because i can't afford to waste anymore money going to useless doctors and buying useless products.

Pretty sure you got too much tonsil stones, hanging out there.Removing your tonsils will erase the problem, alternative you can remove them with a q tip.Open your mouth widely and search in your tonsil crypts. You'll find plenty

I've read some posts that say that they can see their tonsil stones in their throat when they open their mouth wide enough, but in my case i can't see anything at all. And i easily get that gag reflex when i stick my finger to the furthest part of my mouth, so i dunno if i can successfully insert and clean my throat using a cotton bud. But i'll try to do it later.

Try gargling with tea tree oil or with chamomile to push those stones out.
