Aydinmur, I've never heard of any metronidazole mouthwashes, only of people making their own by crushing metronidazole tablets.
There are topical creams containing metronidazole though. These are some brand names:-
MetroCream, MetroGel-Vaginal, Metrogel, MetroLotion, Noritate
They contain different concentrations. Would be interesting to know whether these would be stronger concentrations than what can be made using crushed tablets and whether any of these could be suitable and safe for use in the mouth.
