Curing Gum disease
Curing Gum Disease
People please read carefully as to what I say, I honestly believe that this is the cure for gum disease (GD). Solving gum disease WILL ELIMINATE BB, unless you suffer from something else, then you will need to find the underlying cause.
Intro: Gum disease is the main cause of a white tongue. Your saliva tries to eliminate gum disease, every time it comes down from between your teeth it brings down some pus, which will coat your tongue causing bb every time you breathe. This is our body’s way of telling us that something is wrong. If BB smelled nice then no one would try to clean it.
Now I know many of you failed miserably trying to cure with salt water, I myself am not cured but I am now at least 70% cured. I am not lying this time. I wanted to confirm the results before posting “promised cures”. I am in my 4th week of cleaning my teeth with sea salt, regular salt burns too much.
Test for gum disease: make a strong salt solution, mix a lot of salt with little water, rinse it in your mouth, if you feel pain, oh no, then you have Gum disease.
[WARNING] DO NOT ATEMPT THIS EXPERIMENT UNLESS YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DENTIST IN A WEEK OR TWO IN ADVANCE. Why do I say this? BECAUSE, at least 70% of you will fail this experiment, 20% will barely make it, and the 10% will make it. I am barely making it.
Reason? It’s too long, it’s too painful, and it stinks really bad. Now a dentist can only touch your teeth, not your gums, so when they clean your teeth they can only clean on a small section of gum disease. If you want to completely remove gum disease then you will have to go into your gums. The only way of drawing the pus out is by using sea salt/ salt.
My Journal:
First 3 days: My breathe smells like nothing after brushing with sea salt. That’s why I was so excited when I posted the first forum; I thought I found THE CURE. HOW WRONG. It was the start of a long and arduous battle with gum disease.
Then for 3 and a half weeks: My breathe smells REALLY BAD, like 10x worse than before I started this experiment. I wanted to die so bad. So make sure you have a week or two of vacation in your bathroom. The time will vary depending on the severity of your gum disease, for me it was really severe.
Now, for the past 2 days, I have some relieve. The gum disease is almost dying thank god. I notice people don’t rub their noses, or faces or make funny faces. It still stinks a bit as I see people flinching/ moving backwards a little. But overall I think it’s curing. [joke] how do you know when your bb is dying? When you can smell other people’s bb. Seriously the white coating in your tongue prevents you from tasting things properly. Gum disease can also spread to your nasal area (below your nose) making you have allergies and blocking your sense of smell. So when you cure gum disease you get your sense of smell back and sense of taste.
People just follow my instructions if you want to start this dangerous experiment( remember to schedule an appointment first). I don’t know when I will check this post again, but I will try to answer your questions.
Curing gum disease, rinse your tooth brush in a heavy salt solution and brush in the area where you fell pain. If you notice blood coming out, continue brushing, it’s not really blood though it’s the same colour it’s actually pus. Where ever you feel pain just brush and don’t stop. Only stop when you notice nothing but WHITE SALIVA COMING OUT.
Honestly don’t be scared because if you youtube gum disease where the dentist slit open some kids gums to clean the gum disease it’s RED. ONCE the pus leaks all out only CLEAN SALIVA will come out.
Keep brushing like crazy until everything is out. Sounds easy right? WRONG. Because you will experience extreme amounts of pain, every time you hit a section of gum disease you will experience pain like self torture. But after the pus leaks all out it’s not really that painful, just like a simple massage. I spent over 70-80hours of cleaning. The nasty stuff won’t stop coming out.
If you can’t handle the pain clean in the close section of the infected gum, then slowly move closer to the painful area. If you want cure gum disease quickly you HAVE TO brush on the most painful area unfortunately. And once you begin there is not stopping because your breathe will stink up really bad unless you cure it 80-90% of it.
It sometimes smells like glue, stinky feet, rotten eggs and vanilla?
Just keep brushing, it’s not blood it’s PUS.

OP, Have you been to a dentist about your gums? I get the impression that all you are doing is making your underlying situation worse. That stuff coming out is probably just blood and bacterial skank. You sound like you need serious help. You probably have a much deeper problem with your gums than you realise.
You should definitely seek medical advice about the method you are using because all it seems to me you are doing is still irritating your gums. I don't have a doubt that your gums are problematic but you should calm down for a while cause you are scratching your gum without letting the tissue to heal. In my opinion, continue washing your teeth with sea salt but dont be too harsh cause all you do is damaging them more. And if you don't, please buy an oral gel such as daktarin to apply it in your gums cause pus is consisted by bacteria. Its like doing a deep cleansing face mask and not apply later a hydrating creme!! pff bad..

hey
Contrary to what you think, this is the cure for gum disease, after cleaning out all the pus in one section there is no more stink nor pus leaking. Yes this is painful and it irritates the gums but after all the pus is out it will heal.
Unless you slit open your gums this is the only way to clean out the pus. The salt will draw out the pus.
When you brush, you feel pain or see pus coming out, continue brushing until you see no pus nor feel pain. Clean gums there will be no pain nor pus despite all the brushing.

I do not have a doubt that you managed to discover something since you already have a bb reduction! My only concern is that you won't ever manage to completely remove the pus simply because you leave this area unprotected when you are not brushing your teeth and your mouth bacteria are free to attack the area. All am saying, maybe an oral gel like daktarin could protect your gums while you are sleeping or at any time your oral bacteria may have the time to have a party to an infected area!! Bacteria over there possibly will lead in more pus!
Is it possible for you to upload photos of your gums? I would really like to see what do you mean brown stuff are coming off your gums. Or a photo of only those brown things.
I ve already used your recommended method as soon as I saw your thread few weeks ago. Indeed, only one section bled but it was so painful for a few days so I quit doing that. But I am really curious about what are these brown stuff coming out of your gums!

Okay people you are doing the right thing, but thinking the wrong way.
What colour is pus?
>It has different colours, it can come out red, bright red, dark red, brown, yellow, cream.
When you see blood in your spit its NOT BLOOD!! PLEASE stop thinking you are bleeding because you ARE NOT, it's actually pus.
Brush for a few minutes on the infected area, take a sniff at the toothbrush, it smells like rotten eggs. BLOOD does not STINK like eggs.
Now as some of you have tried this experiment, it HURTS right?
Well what is causing the pain is the PUS (BACTERIA, GUM DISEASE) that is in the infected area. Pus isn't healthy it's a DISEASE, why does it hurt when you brush? because when you rub it, pus is released from the infected area BURNING your gums on it's way out. Pus burns, it's living bacteria, sucking all your nutrients and giving you bb.
When you 'bleed' when you brush, it is telling you that that area is infected,
You can either leave it alone, go to a dentist (honestly you are your own dentist), or CURE IT,
Gum disease is a DISEASE, it can be cured, I am proof, even though it's not 100% cleared, I am working on it trust me.
Now salt WILL NOT CURE GUM DISEASE, sorry for the misunderstanding on my part
Directions: Mix salt with a bit of water, using TOOTHBRUSH, dip it into the mixture and rub on the infected area. The salt will 'tear' open some pores allowing the pus to come out. Just keep brushing.
DON'T rub any more salt on the area it will cause a lot of pain. I discover that once you hit the jackpot the pus itself will come out as long as you brush in that area. No need to use more salt. Just make a saline solution (water + bit of salt) to rinse out after every 10-15minutes.
Now you can either brush directly onto the most painful area for faster results or go slowly by brushing near the infected area. That means brushing your GUMS.yes gums. Go buy CHILD'S toothbrush it is easier to hit the ends of the teeth and softer on gums.
NOW like I said countless times, this isn't something fun nor pleasant, its PAINFUL. It can't be cured in ONE OR TWO NIGHTS, but in a month or two.
Side note, this works because my sense of smell + taste is stronger than before, no more dry lips. My face is clearer no longer as red. I have more energy than before. My hair looks and feels thicker.
If you don't treat gum disease it can lead to a lot of problems. however it's not easy. For those who have tried, and failed due to pain, it's best to see a dentist. Cleaning your teeth will do nothing, cleaning your gums is the answer.
I will try to post some pictures.
I know this is hard but try to endure the pain and brush through. I really want you to succeed, Like getting a massage, they will hit the most painful spot, then you will feel more comfort than pain.

I find this hard to believe.
When my gums bleed, they bleed. It doesn't happen so often these days though.. I doubt that it's red pus coming from your gums rather than blood.
Exactly how bad are your gums??
If you're describing something like those nightmare pictures of gums I've seen on the internet, then maybe.
I think I have mild gingivitis or early gum disease perhaps, but the dentists I go to say it's fine.
I don't think saliva actually comes out of your gums, let alone WHITE saliva.
Are you sure you know what you're doing?? I don't think you should brutalize your gums like that. Gentle brushing with the salt should be enough.

It is actually that simple. I heard a periodontist on a health show say that brushing + using a water pik with sea salt is more effective in the long term than gum surgery. Anyone with receding gums should use sea salt once a day, I do it for prevention, I don't want to develop any more oral problems.NOTANYMORE wrote:You should post your findings to the ADA ! This is the most revolutionary breakthrough in dental care the world has ever seen. Countless people have undergone painfull and expensive procedures to fix gum disease when all they had to do was brush with a $2.00 box of salt!

So what your saying is that someone with advanced periodontal disease which is eating away at the bone which supports the tooth should just brush or even better, irrigate, with saline and that will literally work it's way several millimeters down into the pocket and heal the infection and the bone as well?
Man, I am sooooo out of touch with reality. I was under the impression that periodontists had to scrape below, and in some case peel back gums in order to remove very hard plaque and long standing infections. Hell, for a second there, I even thought they placed antibiotic biofilm into newly cleaned pockets and used bone grafting to replace missing bone.
You guys think we could eliminate all gum disease if we just start getting the word out? I mean if impoverished kids could save their teeth with salt, why aren't we starting a revolution? This is big news here!

You're using straw man arguments here, no one said salt can replace surgery when surgery is needed.
Periodontists recommend the use of water pik + salt to keep gum-eating bacteria at bay which in the long run, can save you from needing surgery in the future. It's the same principle as brushing your teeth everyday to avoid future complications. All in all, salt has its place in everyday oral care.

for nonbelievers
You know what I don't have time to argue my point, I want to help and give advice to those who have tried this experiment.
People we are in 2012 and have no cure for gum disease except surgery, I wonder what the hell dentists are doing.
Anyway's I have tried this method and it is working because
1. my lips are no longer as dry
2. my tongue isn't coated with white stuff, looks pinker everyday
3. sense of smell + taste seemed to have gotten stronger.
4. when brush on to the no longer infected gums, pus no longer leaks, and yes it's acutally white/ clear, no yellow/red/brown pus coming out. I brush on the right side, and no matter how hard I brush it doesn't bleed/pus leaks. Your body isn't that fragile, neither are your gums
Why is the procedure so...hard?
Well that's because DUH..ITS SO FREAKING PAINFUL.
PUS IS ACID As soon as it comes from under your gums, it burns your gums, giving you extreme pain, depending on the severity of the disease.
Now let me point out, SALT WILL NOT CURE GUM DISEASE, IT merely draws the pus out. As soon as you leak pus, more pus begin to gather in that area, pus from deep in the bones WILL SURFACE, it's like war. Once you kill some soldiers more will come, until you kill everything.
Like I said this process is EXTREMELY PAINFUL, I wanted to die so bad because it was literally self torture.
I don't recommend any one to try it. But this is the only way I know of that can draw out pus. Someone mention IV fluids or something, that you inject into the gums and it kills out the gum disease, you could look into that.
SOMEONE has the cure for gum disease, but you know dentistry is a multi billion dollar business, if someone were to cure gum disease (major cause of all teeth problems) then would we really need dentists?
I am not here to convince anyone, but I have tested this method, and it is working.
Please note it took me around 4weeks, over 80hours of brushing. to see results
If you bleed, it's not BLOOD OMG, I can't stress that enough it's PUS. SNIFF AT YOUR TOOTHBRUSH. just continue brushing.
Youtube gum disease, and you will see it's red, they had to slit some kids gums to clean the disease
If you don't believe me, then don't, but I'm not wasting any more time convincing people.
