a Culture inside the V (tongue)

i would like to do Culture from the back of my tongue.inside the V
ill going to do it praivte.
any suggest?
anybody tried it ?
in the lab they tell me they gona find there no more then 2-3 of diffrent bacterial.
so maybe it can take me to know what kind of bacteria i have there.
