It could be a lot of factors.

I think in your case it's because food is rotting is in your body because it's not being broken down correctly. Eliminate hard to digest food such as DAIRY, AND MEATS SUCH AS BEEF. Also it could be bacteria in your stomach. Just get your stomach checked out first
