when I wear an allergy mask, then I'm not dealing with post nasal drip all day long and sinus/nasal congestion festering bacteria and draining down onto the back of my tongue. That combined with SmartMouth makes a real difference. Of course the long-term solution is to maintain a dust-free environment. One more thing, SmartMouth may not work if you have tonsil crypts accumulating food residues and post nasal drip...even if you cannot see tonsil stones, there can still be festering bacteria deep down in the crypts which can be squeezed out of the tonsils with a finger. If Smartmouth doesn't work well for you, then it could be because you need your tonsils out or laser cryptolysis done. Thankful to Christ, MIke

Just by way of balance, Smartmouth doesn't work for me. Seems to numb the senses for a little while, but dries me out to the point that I'm worse than before.
