clean all the way back to epiglottis

If you have post-nasal drip or dry mouth like me, then you have to learn to stick your tongue out and reach your tooth brush all the way back and down your throat to your epiglottis and brush side-to-side as you move back up your throat and toward the tip of your tongue. The post nasal drip and food residues are rotting way far back on the tongue. I can also curl and reach my index finger all the way back there and sweep it kind of clean, but the tooth brush gets between all the papillae for a much better clean. Brush the roof of the mouth too all the way back to uvula and further back on each side of roof of mouth, everywhere where it feels coated by post nasal drip. In Christ, Mike
