What to eat for breakfast?

Post by compor »

I am having difficulty finding materials to eat for breakfast. Cookie kinda stuff has too much sugar, they cause horrible bad breath after a short while. Pastry likewise. I am not quite sure if dairy affects my bb but it certainly causes gas and discomfort.

What do you guys eat for breakfast?

First of all Compor are you on any kind of diet? Gluten free, vegeterian, candida, low dairy, etc? Because that's going to determine what you can or cannot eat.
@ Stankie: Congrats on your success, hope it continues.

who eats cookies for breakfast???

Just eat natural food, ask yourself does it come from nature? If yes, go ahead.
In the morning just fry up some eggs with olive oil, have it with some potatoes or rice. It will keep you full. Or have some chicken/veggies.

No bacon/sausage, cause it's processed food.
No orange juice, unless you juice it with FRESH ORANGE.
No bread, unless you made it yourself/ IT'S FRESH FROM THE BAKERY.

Everything in your diet has to be close to fresh (home made) or else it doesn't work.

Anything sweet is a NO NO.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference.

Re: jess
Not particularly, but I cannot digest meat well and dairy products cause gas.

Re: Born To Suffer
Eggs + potatoes sounds like a good idea, gonna test it for a few days, thanks
