hi ive had my tonsils out recently every tim i eat something like rice, potatoes the food gets stuck in my throat its like tonsil stones but in my throat.
some times the build up makes me cough like mad an its definitely causing halitosis.

it may not be a packet in my throat....? who knows? but food its getting caught somewhere and causing a bad odour. i can physically feel it when i eat certain types of foods im currently trying to eat things that will decompose naturally and chewing as much as possible.
i can also feel when some of the debris dislodge
for me with diet its dairy and wheat/gluten that are the main culprits so i very rarely eat them. side effects are bloating, gas, acne, blocked nose, mucus, low energy etc
if i do the lick test im fine and my gut health is in pretty good shape so im fairly sure the problem is somewhere around my trachea throat area its gotta be.......
i should be having a few tests this weekend hopefully ill have some promising answers

I saw a better informed ent doctor this morning he stuck a camera down my throat an he said my throat was very inflamed which could be why food is getting stuck there, also i have alot of mucus build up in the sinus area. He suggested this could have something to do with acid reflux. i do notice i belch a bit when eating food sometimes but i have got to a point before where i had everything i eat and drank when down fine
Also he suggested a barium swallow which im hoping will give me a definitive answer of where the problem is an then back tracking from there
He has pescribed me with lanzoprazole, gaviscon advanced and a nasal spray to get me started.
im not one for taking drugs so im probably going to put them on hold for a bit an speak to my gi specialist and try something more natural to start.
has anyone got any thoughts or info on the subject?

Non-acid reflux may be another onto check for that most docs are not clued into yet .
