Manuka Honey

Has anyone tried Manuka Honey for BB or any digestive problems. This site says it inhibits Helicobacter Pylori.

I'm currently taking manuka honey. I'm also doing a lot of other different things to reduce my bb so I can't really tell you whether or not it's helping. It tastes good too btw

Thanks for the response Jess. What are the causes of your BB? Do you have mouth BB or Nose BB or both? How long have you been using Manuka Honey? What are the other things you use to reduce your BB?
