So i'm going for it i'v got all the symtoms,maybe it takes a year to beat the overgrowth .more info:regular toothpaste ingrediendts sorbitol yes sugar,don't use it.Another thing some sites says Candida overgrowth likes acid,not true it likes alkine ph.I'm just trying to help.
