Been to the docs this morning to see If I could be tested for H Pylori. They asked me to take a stool sample, just took it back in.

Hopefully I'll hear within the next week the results.

She did mention I have lymph nodes under my jaw????? She said that means there's infection somewhere.

What are lymph nodes???

Oh and she said didn't smell anything lol seems too common amongst professionals.

ct scan on the 13th, results 2nd of april. failing that then endoscopy is on the cards for me. Hopefully I will get to the bottom of this.

Oh dear god. Is there any sort of scan or examination that can pin point certain infections???

My Immune system apparently isn't the greatest, I had a blood test done a few months ago and it came back as low white blood cell count.

However I don't regret getting my tonsils out they were just rank. Hated standing in the mirror plucking out tonsil turds.

i got that too Fed . swollen jaw lymphs , and weird white blood cell counts last year . doc said the same about some chronic infection possibility. I'm thinking an in-depth blood screen could show something ?? another question for Dr Aydin

ahh , thank you Stanky . Proper deep blood testing is what i guessed as well . the way most doc want to check is try pills and see what sticks . such a bad thing to allow i think . especially since some odor researchers and starting to say antibiotics could be the cause in the 1st place

keep us posted about results! i a going to the doc soon and will ask for the h pylori test too. i am so fed up with this problem, and i don't think it is an issue i will be able to solve on my own.

I bet it doesn't turn up positive, life just isn't that easy.

If this fails I still have options and paths to take in order to get to the source.

failing that i'll get an xray on my teeth to exclude any hidden lingering infection within the teeth though my dentists swears my mouth is healthy.

It's scary being tested for stuff in fear that you will turn out healthy (Isn't that ironic).

I want H Pylori so this nightmare will end. But I somehow doubt it being that easy as taking antibiotics.

Not heard anything back yet. Doctor told me up to 7 days, receptionist told me up to 3 days... and the receptionist also said if something is wrong I will get a call from the doctor. I think they should call if the test is negative also not keep people waiting in suspense.

I'll give it until friday and I will call them to see whats up.

I hate waiting.

I'm starting to wonder if it's my adenoids causing this stink.

I can periodically taste nastiness in that area and some of the blowbacks of my breath seem to smell the same. unless my brains deceiving me??? i should of asked to remove my adenoids to be removed at the same time of my tonsils.
