If you press upward and backward at the same time near the uvula in the back of the roof of the mouth, where it wraps around to become the floor of the nose, you can message with your thumb and dislodge accumulated post nasal drip plugs. Lots of bacteria fester in those and just sit near the back of the floor of the nose and contaminate the mouth, throat, and tongue with bacteria. Also I'm putting dust under my tongue to desensitize myself to it. A John's Hopkins review just showed that sublingual allergy drops work, so it should be approved not too long from now by insurance in America; but I'm not waiting, I'm just putting the dust under my tongue every day and asking God to protect me from any negative effects. Hey! Wow, i just sat here and tried this with my finger! It smelled bad and cheesy. Im off to bathroom now, to see if i can dislodge anything :-)
