I just read on www.foxnews.com/health that John's Hopkins has released a study that their review of European sublingual allergy drops shows that it's effective. It's not approved here in U.S. yet, but i've started putting dust under my tongue and my other allergens like Quaking Aspen pollen. Check with your doctor before doing this because it might cause a system-wide allergic reaction and stop your breathing, and with animal dander, too. Don't do molds since those are really dangerous. Also dust might have other things in them like deadly bacteria or whatever, or parasites. I'm praying for this to stop the post nasal drip that contaminates my tongue and throat and feeds bad breath bacteria all day long.
