Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

I was just curious how many of you guys/girl have a swollen lymph node(s) on your neck?

I have one on the right side of my neck, interestingly the same side as a half impacted wisdom tooth. But upon flossing and touching around the tooth there's no odour...............

This node is actually bigger than a pea at the moment. I've been reading up that sinusitis symptoms can cause them to swell up also.

I'm going out my mind waiting for CT scan results here too... I finally find out on Tuesday if sinuses are fucked, hoping they are.

If CT and Endo show nothing I'm gonna visit a different dentist for a thorough investigation of my teeth. This is going to END this year.

Can gum disease cause poo breath? I should note here I do not get any odour from gums upon flossing. I used to get bits of blood but not anymore.
Current dentist WAS concerned about my gums months ago but she was surprised at how well I've maintained my mouth upon my last visit.

Also how many of you neglected your oral hygiene in the past?

I got to admit my oral hygiene wasn't the best, but I never had bad breath or problems until last year so I mainly didn't care......

i know how u feel..i got that wird pain in ur neck like lymp notes are swollen..i went to ent dr and told him all my sympthoms bb .. with coat on toung back of my throat mucas....ect...and he chekd me and said dose ur neck hurt i said ya ...he said ur nose ears throat looks good this aint the problem looks to me like u have bad allergies and need a allergie test or a test for gerd...he told me both those would cause me to have all my symthoms.. neck pain cause swelling or inflomation etc...i always thought i had horroble sinus problems...to my surprise it might be allergies doing this to me...but i also got a hormon check and boy my bb is way better....hope this helps...

I been on clarithromycin for 2 days and my Lymph Node on my neck has gone down.

I heavily doubt this will clear my halitosis though.

I can taste the medication in my mouth, not a horrid taste just more metallic.
