So... the idea of this diet is to minimize the fuel needed for those compounds to form.
I've tried this for a couple of weeks and the odor reduction from saliva/tongue is obvious.

WHAT TO EAT:
The main challenge is to get enough calories. It's similar to a plant-based diet, though even more restrictive
.So far, I've picked food with less than 35mg sulphur / 100g, from that list. Lentils (red + green) are the only protein-heavy foods that seem okay so far. The list doesn't include some 'new arrivals' like tofu, so I guess it's trial-&-error!
