You have to be careful with plants/trees since they can be toxic, even when absorbed through mouth tissues like under the tongue, but quaking aspen fruit when it first sprouts, before it turns all white like cotton, if you chew it up and swish it around in your mouth (don't swallow it), it kills bad bacteria and cleanses things. The best thing so far I've been doing is trying to desensitize to different allergens by putting them under my tongue, like dust and quaking aspen fruit. Ask your doctor, though, since you could get infected with bacteria or mold spores from dust, or have an intense allergic reaction and stop breathing from putting allergens under your tongue. God's protected me. Also sinus rinsing and forward-and-sideways tongue brushing all the way back, and eating lactofermented things like live yogurt and coleslaw have good bacteria that fight bad bacteria in the mouth. Thankful to Christ for hope and blessings, Mike
